THE BRAND – THE CAKE ACCOLADE
The concept of the Emblem was envisioned even before the recipe. Made in testimonial shapes, these beautiful handcrafted chocolates were created to honorably tribute a guest(s)-of-honor, especially as they share with guests slices of their precious cake. Our founder drew up “symbols” or “emblems” that convey meaning (like a crown to convey something like “you’re awesome” and a present as a timeless gift), then had food-grade moulds custom made in what what now our iconic Emblem shapes. Before long, we had so many custom orders for Emblems that we extended our line to customizable shapes, colors, and added additional filling options like premium sprinkles and hot cocoa mix among others- they just keep getting better!
