Our cakes are a labor of love – using only premium ingredients and made entirely from scratch by passionate pastry chefs, our recipes pay homage to century-old traditional flavor profiles, with a BAKESMITH twist.

Each cake is 6″ in diameter and is presented in our exclusive Cake Stand Box for your convenience.

Raspberry Chocolate (Gluten-Free & Flourless)

Decadent and rich layers of flourless French Valrhona chocolate cake between raspberry preserves and vanilla bean frosting. Topped with edible lusters and organic raspberries.

Triple Chocolate (VEGAN)

Old Fashioned Red Velvet

Three addictive layers of homestyle red velvet cake made with French Valrhona cacao, filled with our irresistible old-fashioned vanilla bean frosting and finished with a beautiful pattern of edible shimmering lusters.

Vanilla Bean Sprinkles

Three fluffy layers of vanilla bean sponge cake speckled with fun gourmet sprinkles in-between our addictive vanilla bean frosting and more colorful gourmet sprinkles.

Chocolate Lovers

Three layers of moist Valrhona chocolate cake, luscious Valrhona chocolate ganache, and Valrhona chocolate buttercream. Valrhona triple decadence all around! Yum!

Italian Cream

Light & fluffy southern-style Italian cream cake loaded with organic coconut, almonds, and Texas Pecans paired with a mouthwatering cream cheese pecan frosting.

Fresh Lemon

Bright lemon cake made with freshly cut lemons, filled with layers of house-made lemon custard and lemon-infused buttercream, topped with candied lemons and finished with edible shimmering lusters.

Salted Caramel Macadamia

Three mouthwatering layers of Valrhona chocolate cake, housemade salted caramel with roasted macadamias, silky Valrhona chocolate ganache, and salted caramel mascarpone icing, topped with roasted candied macadamias and shimmering lusters.

The Dalmatian

Three delectable layers of our one-of-a-kind Callebaut Belgian white chocolate velvet cake, chocolate spots made of French Valrhona chocolate cake, and layers of our addictive old-fashioned vanilla bean frosting.

Espresso Chocolate (Gluten-Free)

Three fluffy layers of jaconde-style almond cake layered between silky French Valrhona chocolate ganache, and a luscious espresso bean-infused buttercream – our version of the Opera cake – topped with chocolate coffee beans and edible gold lusters.

Classic Yellow & Chocolate

Three moist and fluffy layers of nostalgic golden yellow sponge cake paired with addictive chocolate buttercream made with European butter and French Valrhona chocolate.

  • Freshly Baked – All cakes are made to order using organic dairy, cage-free eggs, European butter, and without hydrogenated oils, fats, or preservatives
  • Handling – Please carry your cake with care, holding it upright and level at all times. Gently lift our Cake Box top until it is released from base and lift straight up to avoid any contact with cake sides.
  • Storing – Please keep your cake inside our Cake Box in the fridge and take it out approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before ready to consume. To store any leftovers, place the lid back onto Cake Box, and store inside closed box in the fridge.
